In Lemax, working side by side to our CEO as a Head of sales, your results would be crucial for our further success. Due to vast market size (more than 1,2 billion USD per year) and tourism being a high-growth industry, we can guarantee you will have an enormous space for impact.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, results-driven leader with more than 10 years of experience in sales and leadership roles in IT/software industry and track record of over-quota achievement in competitive and international markets.
Head of Sales responsibilities:
- Defining and executing successful sales strategy in order to achieve company goals
- Defining and coordinating expansion in international markets
- Increasing sales revenue through all sales channels (inbound, outbound, partner network…)
- Defining and managing sales funnel
- Upgrading of a sales process
- Hiring sales team members in order to achieve planned targets
- Leading sales team (defining targets, coaching, tracking team efficiency and performance…)
- Upgrading of a reporting process
- Cooperating with the marketing department and other team members
