Our team consists of 100+ people in our offices in Zagreb and Osijek. Over the years, we have achieved growth with our resources, and we consciously invest in product quality, technology, people, and process improvement to enable the scaling we desire.

We are looking for a Product Manager who will govern the product development lifecycle, which, as a result, creates valuable and useful software. By that, your work will bring real-life value to our users and impact how they do their business

Key responsibilities as a Product Manager:

  • Acting as the primary liaison to the development team
  • Backlog ownership – planning, managing, and prioritization based on changing requirements
  • Manage development projects in coordination with developers and testers by applying Agile/Scrum best practices
  • Work closely with other Product Managers to create and maintain a product backlog according to Product vision and Roadmap plans
  • Cross-functional collaboration with various stakeholders, including Sales, Project Managers, and end-users, to understand and anticipate business needs and translate them into product requirements
  • Translate product roadmap items into well-defined product requirements, including use cases, user stories, wireframes, and acceptance criteria
  • Quality assurance for projects delivered
  • Create final documentation for the product (internal and external documentation/guides, Product release notes)
  • Internal/External enablement on how to use new functionalities of the product

You will be successful if you bring these:

  • 3+ years in business analysis, product development, software development, or similar roles
  • Degree in software engineering or strong analytical/ technical background 
  • Can-do attitude, a strong sense of ownership towards tasks and projects
  • Ability to manage projects and cross-functional teams
  • Knowledge of Scrum and Agile Software Development Methodology
  • Drive to build software and a client-oriented focus
  • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) 
  • Sense of curiosity that will drive learning new processes and concepts
  • C1 level of English
  • Problem-solving skills – the ability to effectively break down barriers to maintain progress on initiatives
  • Paying appropriate attention to details to ensure efficient delivery
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to adapt and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
