Inbound Sales Representative (m/f)

Your education, knowledge, and skills:

  • University degree is mandatory (it is ok if you’re just a few months away from acquiring it… preferably in the economical or technical field – but this is not a must)
  • Advantage is to have at least 1 year of (student) working experience (not mandatory)
  • Logical & analytical skills will help you solve problems, map customers’ problems to Lemax as well as to bring the solution to the table
  • Excellent written and spoken English language skills

Your main tasks?

  • Clients (travel agencies) have a business PROBLEM, they want to increase their productivity and automate their business
  • You have: knowledge & great product (Lemax) → you have a SOLUTION

Your main task is to understand the client’s problems and map them into Lemax in order to find the best solutions for their business:

  • qualification of leads (whose problem best matches our solution?)
  • understanding and analyzing customers’ business needs
  • finding the best solution in Lemax, in coordination with developers and implementation consultants
  • presenting the Lemax solution to clients (mostly skype call, online demonstrations)

There is:

  • no cold calling
  • no phone conversations all day
  • no active sales in terms of searching sales opportunities by yourself… (inbound marketing does it all!) → you only get in touch with prospects who recognized their need and wish to be engaged
