Our vision is to digitalize the multi-day tour industry and impact the global market with our all-encompassing solution. Our mission is to enable tour operators to create, sell, and operate multi-day tours efficiently and ensure end-to-end integration with their suppliers and customers.

Our team consists of 100+ people in our offices in Zagreb and Osijek. Over the years, we have achieved growth with our resources, and we consciously invest in product quality, technology, people, and process improvement to enable the scaling we desire.

Two of Lemax’s developer teams are on the lookout for new reinforcements – .NET Developers. Here’s a little bit about the teams!

Dedicated Enterprise Client Team

  • Purpose: To cover the entire life cycle of one of our enterprise clients – create new features, maintain existing ones, and implement improvements to the user experience with the system.
  • Mission: To be a trusted partner for our enterprise client. Create and curate the experience of the client to make their work easier and their customers and partners happier.

Product Stream Team

  • Purpose: Within the stream, to develop new features and maintain the existing ones of the Lemax software using .NET technology.
  • Mission: To enable our current clients to automate their everyday work, as well as implement new crucial features that are required by the global market.

Both teams consist of experienced developers, and they collaborate on a daily basis with Product Managers, QAs, Product Ops, and customer-facing departments.

Key responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and document middleware and backend solutions using .NET Framework and MS SQL server
  • Develop and maintain the always-on system with care about high usage around the world
  • Write unit tests and automated integration and API tests
  • Provide technical leadership to the development team, and depending on your skills and preferences, mentor and supervise junior engineers
  • Collaborate with the Product Team and create technical documentation from functional specifications

Who we are looking for in a .NET Developer?

  • 2+ years of professional experience in software development
  • Ability to independently manage assigned tasks to achieve defined objectives
  • Ability to provide an appropriate level of guidance to ensure engineering deliverables
  • Willingness and ability to proactively suggest code improvements and assist team members
  • Ability to provide input in the development of internal tools and processes to help increase team productivity
  • Big-picture thinking and problem-solving skills
  • OO and functional paradigm thinking
  • Writing clean and concise code in a team environment

We work mostly with .NET technology, but, based on team tasks, you will have a chance to work with the following technologies: 

  • .NET Framework, ASP.NET C#, IIS, MS SQL
  • Azure DevOps, Docker
  • Redis, Rabbit

Don’t worry if you don’t have experience with all of them; it would be great if you are familiar with at least some of the technologies listed above.
