We’re expanding our team and we are looking for mid and senior developers!

Two of Lemax’s developer teams are on the lookout for new reinforcements.

Both teams consist mostly of mid and senior developers and collaborate on a daily basis with product managers, QAs, product Ops, and customer-facing departments.

At Lemax, we work on one SaaS product that is used by more than 35 clients all over the world. Not only is this product their core business solution, but it also saves them from doing manual work and helps them provide a better customer experience.

A little bit about the teams

Features Team

  • Purpose: to develop new features on Lemax software using .NET technology
  • Mission: to enable our current clients to automate their everyday work, as well as implement new crucial features that are required by the global market
  • Team structure: team lead + dev lead + 1 senior developer + 2 mid developers + 1 junior developer

Core Platform Team

  • Purpose: to create the Lemax Travel Connectivity Platform as an independent product, that will enable further scaling of the Lemax business
  • Mission: to enable business scaling by connecting customers and suppliers and creating a network of customers
  • Team structure: team lead + 2 software architects + 2 senior developers + 1 mid developer

Technologies we use

We work mostly with .Net technology but, based on team tasks, you will have a chance to work with the following technologies: 

  • .NET framework, ASP.NET C#, IIS, MS SQL
  • Azure DevOps, AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform
  • Mongo DB, Redis, PostgreSQL

Don’t worry if you don’t know all of them; it would be great if you are familiar with at least some of the technologies listed above, but we also count on helping you learn them. 

What are you going to do?

  • Design, develop and document middleware and backend solutions using .NET Framework and MS SQL server
  • Participate in designing and implementing a cloud-based platform based on .NET 6 and Kubernetes on AWS
  • Write unit tests and automated integration and API tests
  • Provide technical leadership to the development team, and depending on your skills and preferences, mentor and supervise junior engineers

Salary range

Mid developer – a fixed net salary starting from 1600 EUR

Senior developer – a fixed net salary starting from 2300 EUR

Selection process

Our selection process consists of 2 interviews (technical evaluation and HR interview), a personality questionnaire and an offer discussion. Technical evaluation slightly differs depending on the candidate’s seniority.
The entire process is usually completed within 2 weeks of submitting the application.
