Software Implementation Team Lead (m/f)

We are a team of enthusiastic and ambitious professionals building a web-based SaaS solution – Lemax software – for travel agencies and tour operators. 

More than 35 clients from all continents have grown their travel businesses with our software, and they renew their licenses yearly. With our successful project delivery, we transform how travel companies around the globe do their business and redefine industry standards!

Our business model is SaaS – Software as a Service. 

There are two “S” in SaaS :). Both are key ‘pillars’ of our business → good Software and good Service. Clients should feel good service throughout their journey, but the software implementation process is one of the more demanding phases of their experience.

Our Implementation team currently has fifteen team members. It continues to grow since tourism as an industry is eager to introduce new technology, and new projects are coming to our team.

What will you do?

Drive the team

  • Supervise a team of consultants to manage the operational work to achieve successful software implementation projects/targets
  • Oversee team project work and consult team members on how to approach to next steps in the projects
  • Coordinate team tasks, and ensure high performance 
  • Lead project status team meetings and present plan for the upcoming period
  • Develop team in terms of skills and knowledge, and team expansion 

Drive the projects

  • Develop a project plan in coordination with a customer, including project scope, timeline, milestones, deliverables, etc.
  • Identify and manage resource requirements, required skillsets, training plans, quality reviews, documentation, and weekly meetings needed for project execution
  • Track and monitor project execution and supervise project team members to make sure that customer requirements are met
  • Prepare regular and timely status reports, including risks, issues, and escalation identification, and take care of all project documentation. 

Drive department development

  • Be an active member of the core implementation team who gives inputs and leads key strategic initiatives connected to customer services. 
  • Give suggestions and lead internal processes and metrics upgrades in collaboration with all other departments.

Professional qualifications and experience:

  • 8+ years of experience in leading and managing projects (IT projects are mandatory)   
  • Min 3 years of experience in leading a team of individual contributors at various seniority levels
