Our Product & Engineering is organized into product streams – each stream includes roles: product manager, software developers, and QA. Streams offer our team a structured approach to managing complex software, fostering specialization, efficiency, and improved customer support while enabling proactive management and development within specific business-functional areas. We are currently looking for multiple software developers to join our team, at both mid and senior levels. 

From mid-level Software Developers, we expect knowledge and experience, but also a drive to continue building best practices, gaining further experience, and collaborating with the team to create the best product. They should think beyond just technology, have a business-oriented mindset, and be ready to take ownership of the part of the system they work on.

From senior-level Software Developers, we expect to play a key role within the streams by guiding the team through all stages of development, addressing challenges, and empowering their colleagues. They will be instrumental in shaping a product that is built to meet future needs and ensure long-term success.

Key responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, maintain our flagship SaaS product (Lemax)
  • Continuously learn the business domain of the dedicated stream 
  • Improve performance, stability and minimize technical debt
  • Identify bottlenecks and increase team efficiency  
  • Champion SDLC best practices: testing, PR review, documentation 
  • Provide technical leadership across the company

Who are we looking for in Software Developers?

For mid-level Software Developer:

  • 3+ years of software development experience, preferably in SaaS products
  • Mindset oriented towards the client, domain, and business

For senior-level Software Developer:

  • 8+ years of software development experience, preferably in SaaS products
  • A mindset focused on supporting company goals, with a holistic approach

For both roles, it’s important to bring along:

  • Proficiency in C#/.NET, MS SQL; extensive Java experience is also applicable
  • Nice to have: experience in profiling, monitoring (Kibana, New Relic), CI/CD, Jenkins, DevOps 
  • Proficiency in both Croatian and English languages
  • Passion for understanding complex systems and products
