Taking the mentioned into consideration, Lemax takes special care that users of the website (hereinafter referred to as users) are entirely informed about rights they might have regarding the collection of their personal information, as well as regarding security measures taken by Lemax.

Lemax collects personal information that identifies users of the website When a user joins in on certain activities on the website, such as newsletter subscription, participating in competitions organized by Lemax, filling out surveys, posting comments, sending feedback to Lemax, seeking information about Lemax products and services, applying for jobs, Lemax has the right to demand the users provide certain information about themselves. The user shall not be obliged to join in on the mentioned activities.

If the user chooses to join in, Lemax shall be authorized to request the user’s personal information, which, depending on the activity, can include: name and surname, company name, email address, telephone number including cell phone number, company website, travel business type, number of employees within that travel business, the role the user has in that travel business, reason for requesting Lemax product and services, where the user found Lemax job posting. Lemax shall be authorized to use the personal information of the user to offer products and/or services, improve the quality of products and/or services, organize competitions, improve the functioning of the website, enhance the advertising and promotional activities, analyze the use of the website and inquire about the user’s experience with third parties. We use HubSpot as our third-party data processor to process lead data on our behalf, as described in their privacy policy.

Lemax shall be authorized to collect information that does not identify a specific end-user, including the Uniform Resource Locator (URL) of the website the user visited prior to opening the website of, the URL of the website that the user visited after leaving the website of, the type of browser the user is using and the user’s Internet Protocol (IP) address.

When you submit your personal data into web forms for the purposes of employment, they’re going to be used only for the job you’re currently applying for or the first position we think might fit your profile in case you’re applying for an open job position. Within the company, candidate data will be shared with only a few authorized persons included in the recruitment process. 

We keep your data only during the job contest or during the review of your open job application. You can choose and give us your consent that we keep your data for 2 years. If a career opportunity opens during that time period, we’ll inform you.
