What are you going to do?

• As a Lead software developer, you will provide technical guidance and mentorship to the team
• Help the team to resolve bugs in a timely manner
• Have responsibility for the quality of the team’s technical output
• Have responsibility for technical onboarding and performance review of other team members
• Work on the more complex bugs and continuously improve the code base using .NET, ASP.NET and MSSQL
• Write unit tests
• Detect “problematic areas” within the software and pitch ideas for stabilizing the product

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a developer with the following skillset and mindset:

• 3+ years of professional experience in software development. Experience as a dev lead is desirable, but not mandatory
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to independently manage assigned tasks and to overview the team tasks
• Willingness to proactively suggest code improvements and assist team members

And these technical qualifications:

• You have experience in .NET, C# or Java (Spring, Hibernate), and object-oriented programming
• Experience in data modeling and working with relational databases like MS SQL Server
• It’s a bonus if you are familiar with ASP.NET
