As we continue to scale, our People & Culture team is evolving to meet new organizational needs. We are seeking a seasoned HR professional to join us as a Senior People & Culture Partner. This role is pivotal in shaping and executing HR strategies that align with our business objectives, focusing on areas like performance management, compensation, workforce planning, and leadership development, with the ability to connect tactical execution with strategic impact.

You’ll be joining us as we reshape how our team is organized and how responsibilities are distributed, ensuring greater alignment with business priorities like operational efficiency and sustainable growth.

Key responsibilities

  • Act as a strategic advisor to leadership on people-related decisions, organizational structure, and talent strategy
  • Design and promote practices that foster a strong feedback culture, continuous development, and high-performance mindset across the organization
  • Take ownership of building and evolving performance, development, and compensation practices – aligning them with employee needs and business priorities, while keeping simplicity, clarity, and effectiveness at the core
  • Internal employer branding, employee communication, and engagement
  • Partner with team leads to define key roles, advise on hiring strategy, and lead end-to-end recruitment for senior and business-critical positions – ensuring team growth aligns with business goals
  • Drive alignment between people processes and business goals using HR metrics, workforce insights, and market data
  • Explore, test, and implement AI tools and new technologies to elevate HR processes and outcomes

Who are we looking for?

  • An experienced HR professional (10+ years) with a broad background across a wide spectrum of HR activities and domains
  • Hands-on ownership experience in key HR areas – from performance and compensation to talent development and organizational design – someone who has led the creation and upgrading of these processes
  • A strategic thinker with operational agility – someone who connects long-term vision with day-to-day execution
  • A business-minded partner who understands organizational dynamics and contributes through hands-on involvement
  • A clear and confident communicator who builds trust, guides managers, and supports employees in navigating growth and change
  • A curious learner who embraces new tools and technologies, including AI, to improve processes and outcomes
