The purpose of this role:

Ownership for entire marketing funnel with a focus on increasing the number of new leads by quality and quantity in order to support further company growth

Your main tasks?

  • Creating and delivering marketing strategies that support the company strategy

Account Executives are responsible for successfully selling the iTravel Software value proposition to inbound leads. Cold calling is dead! By Using the inbound marketing strategy, our sales team only talk to prospects who wish to be engaged. Target clients are all around the world.

  • Closing new business consistently at or above quota level
  • Active in all sales process steps with focus on product presentation, negotiation and sales closing
  • Presenting the iTravel software product online
  • Communicating with clients during and after the sales process (phone, e-mail…)
  • Actively coordinating and communicating with the project manager and other team members about customers’ needs and possible problems in project delivery

  • presenting the iTravel software solution to clients (mostly skype call, online demonstrations)

There is:

  • no phone conversations all day
  • no active sales in terms of searching sales opportunities by yourself… (inbound marketing does it all!) → you only get in touch with prospects who recognized their need and wish to be engaged

  • Creation of document templates in HTML format using XSL transformation of structured XML data
  • Creation of websites integrated with iTravel Back Office using WordPress CMS with AngularJS or XSL transformation

Requirements

Junior software implementation consultant (m/f)

Your education, knowledges and skills:

  • Logical analytical skills are very important in order to learn how our software works so if you enjoy analytical tasks – you are the one!
  • University degree is mandatory (preferably in economical or technical area – but it is not a demand)
  • Minimum 1 year of working experience (it can be a student working experience as well)
  • Excellent written and spoken English language skills
  • And last but not least – > you need to have basic communication skills and organizational skills. In all other areas (consulting skills, business analysis, time management, leading project, etc.) – we will help you grow!

We are offering a junior position for a consultant role — you don’t have to be a “tech guru” in order to do this job! You just need to be willing to learn a lot, be ambitious and like to work in the IT industry — so if you don’t have any working experience, but have other proof of being a fast learner and a proactive person, apply and we will help you to develop further.

Notice – junior position can be focused on specific steps in implementation project, such as customer trainings (position called Customer training specialist), or customer support (position called Customer support specialist) – depends on candidate profile and preferences.

    • Solving client support tickets in order to ensure successful implementation
    • Supporting other team members and clients in go-live activities
  • Continuous communication and coordination with clients
  • Close cooperation and coordination with all internal team members and other departments (technical department, developers, designers, sales…)
